We’re recruiting for an Office Administrator!

We are seeking a competent, dependable individual with excellent organisational/communication skills to work in our small, but busy office located in a rural area near Horncastle. This is a full time position, working Monday – Friday, 09.00 – 16.30.

Roles & responsibilities:

·      Complete all day to day office tasks (post, filing, typing, telephone calls)

·      Liaise with couriers/hauliers to arrange, raise shipping documents and monitor deliveries

·      Book trade stands for exhibitions

·      Organise and book staff accommodation

·      Keep vehicle details up to date (service/MOT/licence renewals)

·      Maintain Health & Safety and Risk Assessments policies

·      Implement and maintain office procedures

·      Input customer details onto our database

·      Generate export paperwork to comply with EC regulations

·      Prepare Hire Agreements

·      Advertising for staff

·      Keeping staff records up to date

·      Dealing with queries

 

Requirements:

·      Have previous office administration experience

·      Be capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure

·      Must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude

·      Confident working alone or as part of a team

·      Conscientious, enthusiastic and self-motivated with a methodical approach (paying attention to accuracy and detail)

·      Excellent communication and customer service skills

·      Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office

·      Knowledge of Sage Accounts would advantageous.

In return we offer a competitive salary in the region of £18,000 per annum (depending on experience) and 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
